Here is our breakdown of fully managed fees, and tenant find fees.

 

Fully Managed Fees

12% incl VAT of the monthly rent

initial Set up Fee (one off) £120 incl VAT

Tenant Referencing Fee: Single Applicant £130 incl VAT or Joint Applicant £180 incl VAT

Attendance for contractors, other than Leamans own, on specific Landlords request. Meet deliveries and British Gas Appointments £30 incl VAT.

Annual statement of accounts: £30 incl VAT

Arrangement fee for works over £2,000: £180 incl VAT

Arrangement fee for works over £5,000: £360 incl VAT

 

There are no hidden charges for the following:

• Deposit Registration
• Tenancy Renewals
• Additional property inspections as requested
• Serving section 13's and 21's
• Deposit disputes
• Non-resident landlord HMRC submissions
• No commission taken on contractors invoices and much more
